Data underlying chapter 4 of PhD thesis: Bacterial chromosome organization by ParB proteins

This dataset contains output files form the analysis involved in the Chapter 4. The raw data is outputed as .hdf5 files and .csv/.xlsx files that contain current molecules with their location and described behaviour. The objective was to output a readable files that links to the raw and processed datasets. Plots for the figures and the paper were created from these files.

本数据集涵盖第4章相关分析所产出的全部输出文件。原始数据以.hdf5文件、.csv/.xlsx文件格式输出，此类文件包含当前分子的位置信息及已表征的行为特征。本数据集的构建宗旨为生成具备可读性的文件，以实现原始数据集与经处理数据集的关联。研究论文中的配图与正式图表均基于此类文件生成。
