Data Source: Raw data including the size dimensions of different mandarins, internal and external rot conditions, shape, appearance, sweetness and acidity of mandarins are obtained through detection methods such as weight sensors, high-speed photography, infrared light detection, and spectroscopy on the digital sorting line.

Data Processing: Analyze, judge or score the above 6 data items based on the specific project requirements input by the orchard according to its quality standards for mandarins, and obtain the following results: whether the mandarin size is qualified D (qualified = 1, unqualified = 0), whether the fruit is spoiled H (spoiled = 0, non-spoiled = 1), roundness of mandarin shape X (round = 1, deformed = 0), appearance smoothness W (smooth and flat = 1, uneven with scars = 0), estimated sweetness score T (0-1), estimated acidity score S (0-1).
