Changes to small RNA and mRNA landscapes in deletion mutants of wago-1 and wago-3 in different C. elegans life stages.

We carried out small RNA and poly(A)-selected mRNA sequencing in embryos, L4 larvae, and gravid adult C. elegans, both in wild type strains and in strains lacking either a functional WAGO-1 (wago-1(ok1074)) or a functional WAGO-3 (wago-3(pk1673)). Libraries were treated with RppH to enrich for 22G RNAs.
