Research data and source code for: Encoding of body state in whisker-related somatosensory cortex of freely moving mice

The dataset here contains the spikes recorded from barrel cortex and extracted pose/movement parameters in 0.5s bins (Main data). The data is from freely moving n=7 mice with n=3 of those recorded after an infraorbital nerve section. For more information refer to the manuscript or contact Luka Gantar.
