Metabolomic and transcriptomic analysis on the promoting effect of mixed nitrate and ammonium nutrition on maize plant growth

Using digital gene expression technology to compare the genome-wide gene expression profiles in the shoots and roots of maize seedlings at 12d under 1mM N supply (divided into 100/0,75/25, 0/100 nitrate/ ammonium ratios). Three biological replicates were generated for each tissue under different N forms. A total of 18 samples were analyzed.
