The OPEN-SOURCE ANECHOIC INTERFERER DATASET was developed by the International Audio Laboratories Erlangen. It is a non-stationary noise signal dataset encompassing 44 sound sources from household environments. The dataset contains 762 audio recordings with durations varying from 0.18 seconds to 43 seconds, primarily featuring sounds generated by everyday household items such as door keys, plastic bags, and clothing. The dataset was created through recordings conducted in an anechoic chamber using three distinct microphones. This dataset is primarily utilized to simulate complex acoustic scenes, and can be convolved with acoustic impulse responses to provide training and test data for algorithmic research in fields including speech enhancement, array processing, and acoustic echo cancellation.
