Present climate and pseudo-global warming information over the Balearic Islands at 1 km spatial resolution created with the Weather Research and Forecasting Model (WRF). This datasets contains model outputs from the Weather Research and Forecasting model v4.6 over the Balearic Islands at 1 km spatial resolution and covering the period 2009-2023 (both included). The dataset consists of data from two simulations: a control experiment (CTL) driven by ERA5 reanalysis and a pseudo-global experiment (PGW) driven by ERA5 plus a climate change signal obtained from 30 CMIP6 global models. The climate change signal is calculated for each calendar month and for all variables ingested by the WRF model. The signal is computed as the difference between the periods 2031-2050 and 2004-2023 and the SSP585 emission scenario. Six variables at hourly frequency are provided for each simulation: precipitation (PR), 2-m temperature (T2), surface pressure (PSFC), 2-m relative humidity (RH2), 2-m dewpoint temperature (TD2) and 10-m wind speed (WSPD10) from the original model output. The model experiments included a 1 km spatial resolution domain spanning the Balearic Islands nested in a 10 km spatial resolution domain covering a large portion of the Northeastern Atlantic, Western Europe and Northwestern Africa. The dataset includes an image of the domains. This dataset was generated in MareNostrum5 HPC at Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) Activity ID AECT-2024-2-0031
