Explainable GeoAI for Agricultural Climate Resilience: Data and Code

This repository contains the analysis code and processed data supporting a manuscript on explainable GeoAI for agricultural climate resilience, developing a SHAP-weighted Climate Resilience Index and testing cross-regional generalizabilityacross two agro-climatically contrasting provinces of Turkiye (Denizli and Nevsehir). It includes a complete, reproducible analysis notebook (data acquisition through model training, SHAP analysis, and Climate Resilience Index construction), processed training datasets, and interpolated SHAP and CRI raster outputs for both study regions.
