High density, high throughput genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) was done of hard clams (Mercenaria mercenaria) from 17 populations: 14 wild populations along the East Coast of the United States (Ropp et al., 2023): Middle Bay, ME (MB); Harbor Cove; MA (HC); Cape Cod, MA (CC); Orient Bay, NY (OB); Raritan Bay, NY (RB); Great Bay, NJ (GB); Atlantic City, NJ (AC); Assateague, MD (AT); Wachapreague, VA (WP); Pocomoke Sound (PS); Mobjack Bay (MJ); James River, VA (JR); Bogue Sound, NC (BS); and North Inlet, SC (NI) and three cultured Virginia populations by Diversity Arrays Technology (DArT Pty Ltd, Canberra, Australia). A total of 52,397 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identified (_SNPs.csv). The metadata file contains the metrics for each clam sample: sample ID, population, and state.
