RNA-seq of FNPR and IFNPR treatment in H2O2-induced oxidative stress model

This project examines transcriptomic changes associated with peptide treatment under oxidative stress conditions. Oxidative stress was induced by H2O2 exposure. Cells were assigned to four groups: control, H2O2-treated, FNPR-treated, and IFNPR-treated. Total RNA was extracted and sequenced using RNA-seq to profile gene expression patterns. The dataset supports comparative analyses of cellular responses to oxidative stress and peptide intervention.
