Combination of in vivo and in vitro phosphoproteomics determines the PP2A target repertoire on proteome scale

In this project we performed data-independent acquisition mass spectrometry (DIA-MS) to study the regulation of phosphosites by protein phosphatases. In in vivo (in cellulo) and in vitro experiments were performed.
