收藏资源简介:
This archive contains data and scripts related to the manuscript: “High selfing rate and inbreeding depression correlate with past range expansion in an endangered African timber species Pericopsis elata (Harms) Meeuwen (Fabaceae)”. There are three files: Genotype_246Adults_1004Progenies.xlsx Microsatellite genotypes for 246 adult trees and 1004 progenies from the Sangha River Interval (SRI). Includes geographic coordinates of individuals. Individual_fi.txt Consanguinity coefficients (fi) estimated using INEST 2.2. Data covers both adults and juveniles from SRI and Biaro (Democratic Republic of Congo). For juveniles, the file specifies whether they originated from selfing or outcrossing, outcrossed and selfed seedlings are represented by 0 and 1, respectively ABC_autof_fi_estimation_ID.R R script for estimating inbreeding depression (ID) using Approximate Bayesian Computation (ABC). Utilizes juvenile fi values (with known selfing/outcrossing status) and adult fi values.
