One of the problems that constantly preoccupies contemporary Azerbaijani literary criticism is the creative qualities that characterize the achievements of our writers who achieved serious successes in our word art at the beginning of the 20th century. It is also thought-provoking that when talking about poets and writers who wrote and created at the beginning of the century, which was later called the atomic age, scientific thought focused more on the creativity of authors who stood on the literary front of “Molla Nasreddin”, and this is not accidental. Yes, until the 90s of the 20th century, our literary criticism science recognized only the “Molla Nasreddin” literary school against the background of the literary landscape of the century. In the literary struggle of the front related to the name of this school, Aligulu Qamkusar, like every Molla Nasreddin author, had his own unique service. The prominent Mirza Jalil scholar, academician Isa Habibbeyli, explained the status and position of Aligulu Qamkusar in the “Molla Nasreddin” literary front as follows: “With the arrival of Aligulu Qamkusar (1880-1919), who immediately echoed the voice of “Molla Nasreddin”, in the journal (1906, No. 15, 22, etc.), the inevitability and necessity of the emergence of a Molla Nasreddinist literary front attracted attention as a literary and historical fact.” (1, p. 285)
