We report the global profile of ribosome profilig to reveal the in vivo translation initiation sites of tomato-infecting virus. Overall design: We examined the initiating ribosome positonions to identify translaiton initiation sites and mRNA abundance of the tomato yellow leaf curl thailand virus (TYLCTHV) in the TYLCTHV-infected tomato leaf.
