The purpose of the study was to compare transcriptome profiling in WT and AMPK deficient CD4 T cells. CD4 T cells were isolated from the WT and AMPK knockout C57BL/6 mice. These isolated cells were done resting under RPMI-1640 for 1 hour and stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 (2 ug/ml) for 24 hours. Thus prepared samples were collected for RNA-seq.
