Repository to <i>Disentangling the influence of environmental conditions on sex determination in haplodiploid organisms</i>

This repository contains dataset and YOLOv5 training output for the publication <i>Disentangling the influence of environmental conditions on sex determination in haplodiploid organisms</i> (DOI:10.1111/1365-2656.70153). We kindly refer to the bee-finder which was used in this study. The bee-finder also contains a detailed manual on how to train and apply YOLOv5 on videos.
