Single-cell sequencing analysis of PD-L1 immune escape signal axis in lung adenocarcinoma

Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor of lung and bronchus, with the highest mortality rate, and its immunotherapy is easy to cause drug resistance. In order to understand the molecular mechanism of immune escape in patients and develop prediction and therapeutic targets, this study carried out analytical experiments by single-cell sequencing. Overall design: In this study, 8 tumor tissue samples from 8 lung adenocarcinoma patients were collected, grouped according to the level of PD-L1 positive reaction, and the single-cell landscape was detected. We showed the proportion of immune cells and endothelial cells by UMAP and proportion map of cell types. The cells were subdivided by molecular markers, and the cell subpopulations were divided into different groups according to the proportion of PD-L1 positive reaction and tumor marker positive reaction. The correlation between the occurrence of PD-L1 reaction and the response time of immune cells was explored by quasi-time series analysis.
