Public data for robust scanning thermal and magnetic imaging with an optically trapped nanodiamond quantum probe

This dataset contains the public data supporting the main figures and supplementary figures in the manuscript "Robust Scanning Thermal and Magnetic Imaging with an Optically Trapped Nanodiamond Quantum Probe". The dataset includes processed source data, representative raw ODMR spectra, fitting curves, reconstructed temperature and magnetic-field maps, optical trapping characterization data, simulation-derived maps, and README files describing the contents and units of each figure-specific data folder. The data support the demonstration of scanning thermal and magnetic-field imaging in a microfluidic channel using an optically trapped nanodiamond quantum probe. Figure-specific folders contain CSV files for plotted data, and MATLAB MAT files containing structured data variables.
