Employee survey on work experience during the second wave of COVID-19 restrictions in Latvia (2021)

This survey represents the second wave of an ongoing employee survey series examining how the COVID-19 situation affected employees’ daily work responsibilities, including employer-implemented measures to control virus transmission, the organization of remote work, and the ability to maintain work–life balance. The same core questionnaire and a non-probability sampling approach were applied to ensure comparability with the first wave. Participants were recruited through snowball sampling, social media advertisements, and direct email invitations distributing the Latvian-language questionnaire link.
