Differential gene expression between NEC and neonatal for each cell type subset shown in the study.

Included are all genes with sum-normalized expression above 10−4 (macrophages, dendritic cells, T cells subsets, vascular endothelial cells, lymphatic endothelial cells, and fibroblasts) or 5 × 10−5 (mid-bottom enterocytes). P-values were calculated using two-sided Wilcoxon rank-sum tests. Q-values were computed using the Benjamini–Hochberg false discovery rate correction.
