Single-cell TCR sequencing analysis of the course of Mycobacterium avium complex pulmonary disease

We performed scTCR-seq to investigate overall immune cell populations and distribution of MAC-PD patients, according to their clinical outcome. Overall design: A total of twenty-one patients with newly diagnosed MAC-PD were included and divided into three categories based on clinical course. Group A included patients with spontaneous culture conversion, while group B patients experienced stable disease without antibiotics administration, and patients with progressive disease that required antibiotics administration were categorized as group C.
