The data set was acquired with a ship-based Simrad EM122 multibeam sonar system. The files are in MBSystem format and were generated as part of a project called Testing models of magmatic and hydrothermal segmentation: A 3-D seismic tomography experiment at the Endeavour Ridge. Funding was provided with NSF awards OCE04-54700 and OCE04-54747.
