Targeted Sequencing of genes related to cancer in Bladder Cancer patients treated with Pembrolizumab. Homo sapiens

Immune checkpoint inhibitors have demonstrated a clinical benefit in urothelial cancer patients. However, only a limited proportion of patients showed objective responses, and no reliable biomarkers allow the prospective identification of these patients showing benefit of the therapy. We sequenced 275 genes related to cancer in 9 bladder cancer patients treated with pembrolizumab in order to characterize such possible biomarkers.
