The research was carried out at the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Uraniodu Desertification Control Station, which is located in the western horqin Sandy Land in northeast China. Soil samples were taken in August 2019. The natural meadow grassland in Horqin, its adjacent 20-year-old poplar forest and farmland reclaimed for 20 years were selected as research objects, and they were named as NMG, PP and UF respectively. Each sample plot was set up with three plots with a size of 30 m by 30 m in different dunes for sampling. In each plot, 5 plant blocks were selected and subsamples were collected at a depth of 0-10 cm with shovels in 4 directions 50 cm from the center of each plant block.
