RCOR2 and LSD1 directly co-binds to RNF43 gene. RCOR2 knockout does not affect LSD1 binding on RNF43 gene. Overall design: Parental and RCOR2-KO MDA-MB-231 cells were subjected to CUT&RUN with anti-LSD1 antibody. CUT&RUN libraries with anti-normal rabbit IgG were used as input for analysis. Occupancy of RCOR2 and LSD1 on RNF43 gene was analyzed.
