D-Dimer, APTT, and PT Comparison in Different Severity Levels of COVID 19 in Pregnancy - AZS

This research is an analytic observational studies with case control design. Study was conducted in Hasan Sadikin General Hospital from June 2021 – March 2022. Ethical clearance was approved by Hasan Sadikin Ethical Committee (LB.02.01/X.6.5/473/2022). Inclusion criteria on this study is all pregnant COVID-19 patient with D-Dimer, PT and APTT right after patient was diagnosed with COVID-19 and hospitalized. The exclusion of this study all pregnant COVID-19 patient without required examination. Data was then analyzed by Kruskal Wallis with IBM SPSS Statistic 26th with α=0.05.

本研究是一项基于案例对照设计的分析性观察研究，研究于2021年6月至2022年3月在哈桑·萨迪金综合医院进行。伦理审查已获得哈桑·萨迪金伦理委员会的批准（批准号：LB.02.01/X.6.5/473/2022）。本研究的纳入标准为所有确诊为COVID-19并被收入院的孕妇，其D-二聚体、PT和APTT指标在确诊后立即检测。排除标准为所有未进行必要检查的孕妇。随后，数据通过Kruskal-Wallis检验，使用IBM SPSS Statistics 26th版本进行分析，置信水平为α=0.05。
