Scylla paramamosain Raw sequence reads

In the present study, RADseq technologies were used to identify and characterize candidate sex-specific SNP markers for Scylla paramamosain. Then we developed a rapid and reliable molecular method based on such female-linked SNP markers to identify the sex of crab in any stage, which would be helpful for marker-assisted sex control breeding in S. paramamosain. In addition, our results will provide new insights into the studies on the mechanism of sex determination of S. paramamosain and related species.
