Processed image stacks of Golgi-stained dendritic segments

This file set contains a total of 488 processed image stacks of dendritic segments. The images are in <b>.tif</b> file format. <br>The file names have the following format: Case_slide_section_hemisphere. For example, 1_13_1_L would be case 1, slide 13, section 1, left hemisphere. In some instances, a number may be added to the end of file name, e.g. 1_13_1_L_1. This indicates that an additional segment from the same image stack was cropped as this segment was identified as belonging to another neuron. <br> For more information on the contents of each data file, please refer to <b>Data availability statement_Craig et al.docx</b>, in dataset “Data on spine density, spine clustering, and RAM performance” of this collection.
