Nematomorpha Genome sequencing and assembly. Nematomorpha

Members of the phylum Nematomorpha are large endoparasitic worms known for manipulation of host behavior. We present the first genomes for the phylum: a chromosome-level assembly for the freshwater Acutogordius australiensis, and a draft assembly for one of the few known marine species, Nectonema munidae.
