We report the technical and biological validation of the newly developed Infinium Mouse Methylation BeadChip microarray that covers over 285,000 methylation sites. Overall design: The Infinium Mouse Methylation BeadChip interrogates > 285k methylation sites per sample at single-nucleotide resolution. It provides balanced coverage of CpG islands, transcription start sites, enhancers, imprinted loci and other regions.
