Replication Package for "Simulated Interactive Debugging"

<b>Simulated Interactive Debugging</b>This is the replication artifact for the paper "Simulated Interactive Debugging" accepted at the NIER track of the 40th IEEE/ACM International Conference on Automated Software Engineering, ASE 2025. This artifact includes:a folder "user-study-resources" with the survey questions and handout from our pilot user study,a folder "user-study-results" with the anonomyzed study results, anda folder prototype with the source code for our implementation.The implementation is separated into two repositories exported as zip files: The assist-debug folder includes the VSCode IDE extension. The included README explains the installation steps. The expt_prompt folder includes the fault localization tooling and the buggy program samples. There is also a README explaining the installation steps. Note that for some of the features, one needs an OpenAI access key.
