hg38 and mm10 GC and mappability files, suitable for use in linCNV and other genomics pipelines. Files *.gc5Base.bin_1000.bed.gz are the average fractional GC content, files *.kmer_50.bin_1000.bed.gz are the average fractional mappability using a kmer size of 50.
