Feurer_Kautz_IPS-X_Model_and_Dataset

This file contains the IPS-X model developed and used for the journal article "Climate warming escalates both the urgency and challenges for bark beetle control" and the corresponding dataset, including the data of the simulated experiments and the sensitivity analysis, as well as the .nlogox model file. IPS-X (Infestation Pattern Simulation – eXtended) is a species-specific, individual-based and spatially explicit model, written in NetLogo, that simulates bark beetle (Ips typographus) dynamics, its spatio-temporal interactions with the environment, and applied management.
