Genomic study of two Megabombus bumble bee

This project contains the original PacBio HiFi data, Hi-C data and NGS sequencing data for the de novo genome assembly of two bumble bee species, Bombus montivagus and Bombus longipes. The project also contains the reference genome of these two Megabombus bumble bee, aims to reveal the adaptive evolutionary mechanism of them.
