Paramtatva Framework: Pre-Registration Record and Verification Artifacts (2026-10-25)

Epistemic status Paramtatva is an unproven hypothesis, not an established theory. This record exists so that its one genuinely novel prediction — a dark-matter axion line at ν_a = 9.1882 GHz (m_a = 38.00 µeV) — is verifiably timestamped ahead of haloscope coverage of that band, and so that all retrodictive elements (values coinciding with previously published measurements) are labeled as such.
