SOIL MICROBIOME OF TROPICAL SEASONAL AND PERMANENT SMALL WETLANDS IN BRAZIL

16S rRNA amplicon sequencing was employed to characterize the microbial communities of two small tropical wetlands under two distinct hydrological regimes (permanent and a seasonal) across a rainy and dry season. The wetlands are located in the municipality of Rio Claro (permanent wetland) and Cordeiropolis (Seasonal wetland), Sao Paulo, Brazil.
