Functional characterization of BAP1 mutations in genome edited cholangiocarcinoma organoids: role in cell death and drug responses

This dataset contains the RNA-seq data used in the study titled “Functional characterization of BAP1 mutations in genome edited cholangiocarcinoma organoids: role in cell death and drug responses.” Organoids derived from cholangiocarcinoma patients were genome-edited to model different BAP1 statuses (wild-type and mutant, three dupalication for every group). RNA was extracted and sequenced to explore BAP1-dependent transcriptional changes.
