The Analysis of RNA-Sequencing Reveals the Immune Regulatory Roles of Key MiRNAs in Intestines of the Hybrid Yellow Catfish (Tachysurus fulvidraco♀ * P. vachellii♂) under transport stress

The miRNA negatively regulation of target genes expression indicated the immune role of integrating miRNA with mRNA targets may through TNF alpha-mediated pathways regulated immune response and intestinal injury under transport stress. we subjected to simulating the transport (0h, 2h, 4h, 8h, 16h) and setting recover 96h (after transport 16h), and intestinal biochemical and MiRNA-target gene analyses were performed in hybrid yellow catfish.
