European Union: OpenTender The OpenTender platform – run by the Government Transparency Institute – collects, transforms and publishes contracting data from 35 jurisdictions: 27 European Union (EU) member states, EU Institutions, Georgia, Iceland, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, and the UK. The data come from Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) and from national procurement portals. The data from TED covers contracts whose monetary values exceed the thresholds set by EU directives. The thresholds are adjusted for inflation every 2 years.
