Association Analysis of Semen and Gut Microbial Diversity with Semen Quality Parameters in Duroc Pigs in Winter and Summer

To investigate the correlation between the diversity of Duroc boar semen and intestinal microbiota in different seasons and semen quality parameters. [Method] Twelve Duroc boars were selected to collect fresh sperm and feces in winter and summer, and a computer-assisted sperm analysis system was used to analyze the changes in sperm quality parameters in winter and summer. 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the diversity and composition of semen and intestinal microbiota in the two seasons, and analyze the correlation between the dominant genera and semen quality parameters.
