Homo sapiens Genome sequencing and assembly

We obtained 15 paired RCC primary-metastasis histological samples from The First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University through 2007 to 2015. Those cases were diagnosed as RCC by contrast CT image, and then confirmed by the pathologic diagnosis of the obtained masses during surgeries. Non-therapeutic treatment was given before the operation. Meanwhile, we extracted 11 adjacent normal tissues from the above 15 cases. The research was approved by the Ethics Committee of department of Medicine, Zhejiang University (2016-007).
