Sestrins regulate age-induced deterioration of muscle stem cell homeostasis [RNA-seq]

We utilize RNA-Seq to evaluate how loss of Sestrin1,2, a conserved set of stress-inducible proteins, alters the metabolism and quiescent state of young (2-3 months) Muscle Stem Cells (MuSCs) during the regenerative response. Bulk RNA-Seq at 0, 7, and 21 days post-injury for both wild-type (WT) and Sestrin1,2 knockout (SKO) MuSCs. 2 replicates are provided per condition at each timepoint.
