“Turning stigma into opportunity”: The response mode effect nudge job seeking for individuals with criminal records

This dataset is derived from four behavioral experiments based on online situational experiments, all of which were collected through the Credamo online experimental platform. Four experiments focused on the differences in recruitment decisions under the select and reject response modes, using standardized experimental procedures and consistent core measurement indicators. All data were generated by participants voluntarily completing online questionnaires and experimental tasks with informed consent. Data content: This dataset mainly includes four data files. Experiment 1 validated the main effect; Experiments 2 and 3 respectively examined  the psychological mechanisms of cognitive processing and dimension weighting judgment; Experiment 4 recruited participants specialized in human resources work (HR) to verify the ecological validity of the main effect.
