Frontal cortex transcriptomic analysis of a TDP-43 Q331K knock-in mouse [20month]

Here we analyse transcriptome profiles within the frontal cortex between wild type, heterozygous and homozygous TDP-43 Q331K knockin mice at 20 months of age (C57BL/6) Transcriptome (RNA-Seq) from 20 month old frontal cortex tissue本研究针对20月龄C57BL/6品系的野生型（wild type）、杂合子与纯合子TDP-43 Q331K基因敲入小鼠的额叶皮层开展转录组谱分析，所用转录组测序（RNA-Seq）数据取自20月龄小鼠的额叶皮层组织。
