Land Maritime Public Domain Delinde

In order to promote effective protection on our coasts and to increase legal certainty for rightholders over the coast, delinde lines are published throughout the Spanish coast. After a long and laborious process, it has been possible to represent in digital format the line corresponding to the more than 10.000 km of goods of public maritime-terrestrial domain of our coast. Its content is merely informative and has no binding legal effects on the Administration, except those derived from expressly permitted or authorised telematic management procedures.为推动西班牙沿海区域的有效保护，并提升沿岸权利人的法律确定性，西班牙沿海全域均公布了界址线（delinde lines）。经长期且艰巨的工作，现已将对应于西班牙沿海逾10000公里公共海陆管辖域岸线的界址线以数字格式完成呈现。 本内容仅为信息公示之用，对行政部门不具有法律拘束力，仅明确许可或授权的远程管理程序所衍生的情形除外。
