The dataset and ckpt files for ADELI (Antarctic Diffusion-Enhanced Long-term sea Ice concentration forecasting framework)

This dataset contains the preprocessed input data used for training, validating, and testing the ADELI (diffusion-refined SimVP) framework for Antarctic sea ice concentration forecasting. Data splits:- Train: 1979-01 to 2014-12- Validation: 2015-01 to 2016-12- Test: 2017-01 to 2024-12 The dataset combines satellite-observed sea ice concentration (SIC, NSIDC) with atmospheric reanalysis variables from ERA5 and ocean reanalysis variables from ORAS5, resampled/regridded to a common polar-stereographic grid at 25 km resolution and normalized (z-score, per-variable statistics) prior to model input. Also included are the static land mask and a JSON file containing the normalization statistics (mean/std per variable and per data split) used to standardize and de-standardize model inputs and outputs.
