《明实录》中的运河记载

《明实录》是明代最重要的官修史料。全书按皇帝分部，共十三部，两千九百一十一卷，1600多万字，是有明一代史料的集大成者。本资料集以台湾中研院影印本为依据，对《明实录》中涉及到运河的朝堂讨论、运河的开凿、运河的管理、运河的功能、经济社会影响等相关的资料均摘录出来，做成专题史料集。全部资料共近26万字，均做了标点，并将繁体字转化为简体字，对年号均做了公元纪年的标注。是目前最完整的相关《明实录》的运河史料汇编。

Veritable Records of the Ming Dynasty (Ming Shilu) stands as the most significant officially compiled historical source of the Ming Dynasty. Divided by individual emperors, the full work comprises 13 sections, 2,911 volumes (juan), and over 16 million Chinese characters, making it the culminating collection of historical materials for the entire Ming era. This dataset is developed based on the photolithographic reprint edition from the Institute of History and Philology, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. It selectively extracts all relevant materials concerning the Grand Canal from the Veritable Records of the Ming Dynasty, including court deliberations on the canal, its construction, management, functions, as well as its economic and social impacts, and compiles these into a thematic historical source collection. The total content of this dataset amounts to nearly 260,000 Chinese characters, with all materials fully punctuated, traditional Chinese characters converted to simplified Chinese, and all reign era titles annotated with their corresponding Gregorian calendar dates. This is currently the most comprehensive compilation of Grand Canal-related historical materials sourced from the Veritable Records of the Ming Dynasty.
