Model cache for maritime-choke (2019 benchmark): input-output operators for the maritime-chokepoint disruption model

Prebuilt model cache used by the maritime-choke Python package (https://bitbucket.org/VipinVeetil/chokepoints). Contains the normalized input-output coefficient matrix (A.npz), chokepoint incidence operators (gamma), the sector selector, and benchmark vectors for 87 economies x 50 sectors, 2019 benchmark year. Derived from the OECD Inter-Country Input-Output tables (2025 edition) and the GTAP 10 data base (used to disaggregate the rest-of-world blocks). This is a highly aggregated derived product; the underlying GTAP data are licensed and are not redistributed here. Install with: pip install maritime-choke; maritime-choke fetch-data.
