Synthetic study record for the RiskPath pilot: auditable risk-path routing in a public health emergency simulation

This dataset contains the de-identified synthetic study record underlying the reported tables and Figures 3 and 4 of the RiskPath pilot study. It includes the frozen experiment configuration, frozen synthetic public-health emergency scenario, parsed episode records for all eight pilot cells, derived analysis tables, summary files, figure source data, README documentation and SHA256 checksums. No patient-level data, clinical records, real-world emergency communications or third-party public datasets are included. Raw provider event traces are excluded because they contain transient runtime identifiers and local execution metadata. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility and auditability of the reported synthetic simulation results.
