A novel X-ray-SZ imaging programme to probe ICM physics at low mass and high z

We propose to observe 6 SZselected galaxy clusters to complete the followup ofa large representative sample of 45 objects at 0.5 < z < 0.9. All are targets ofan ongoing 300h Guaranteed Time Programme of highresolution (< 18 ) SZobservations with NIKA2. The sample, extracted from the Planck and ACT surveys,covers an unprecedented mass range at these redshifts. Combining measurements ofgas density from XMMNewton imaging and pressure from NIKA2 SZ maps, we willstudy individual radial thermodynamic and mass profiles, their dispersion, andthe relations between YSZ, YX and mass for the first time in this mass andredshift range. truncated!, Please see actual data for full text [truncated!, Please see actual data for full text]
